Gareth Wokes - Chairman
Gareth has worked for The Logic Group since its foundation back in 1986.
After 14 years as CEO of The Logic Group during which time he spearheaded its growth and development, Gareth took up the post of Chairman for the Company in April 2005.
With a background in sales and retail technology, Gareth has held board-level positions for a number of high-tech international companies. Gareth holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from Lancaster University.
Antony E. Jones - Chief Executive
During his 30 year career, Antony Jones has held senior and executive management positions in various IT organisations across Europe, including 16 years spent with both the Fujitsu Group and Fujitsu Siemens Computers as Executive Vice President where he had worldwide responsibility for all sales, marketing and services operations.
Prior to his appointment as CEO of The Logic Group in April 2005, he served for a short period as a non-executive director for the Company. Antony holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from Newcastle University and in 2007 was awarded an Honorary Fellowship.
Jonathan Klahr - Director
Jonathan Klahr joined Susquehanna Growth Equity LLC, (SGE) in 2007 and focuses on the payments, software, internet, and information services industries. He also currently serves on the boards of Netformx, Plimus, Wisair and Vertive.
Jonathan has more than eight years of information technology investing experience including a period with software and internet companies at BRM Capital. Prior to working at BRM, Jonathan also gained operational experience with technology start-ups.
Jonathan holds an MBA from Hebrew University and a BA in War Studies from Kings College, London where he was the recipient of the prestigious Simon O’Dwyer Russell Outstanding Student Award.
Vincenzo La Ruffa - Director
Vincenzo La Ruffa joined Susquehanna Growth Equity LLC, (SGE) in 2006 and focuses on capital markets technology and financial services. He also currently serves on the boards of Derivix, MediMedia Information Technologies, TradeHelm, and Quadriserv and manages the group’s investment in ETF Securities.
Prior to joining SGE, Vincenzo invested in technology companies in the US and UK with NGP Energy Technology Partners and EnerTech Capital. Vincenzo began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Deutsche Bank.
Vincenzo serves on the Board of Trustees of Mercy Vocational High School in Philadelphia, the Board of Directors of the San Miguel School in Camden, the Management Committee of Wharton Private Equity Partners, and the Technology Advisory Board of Ben Franklin Technology Partners.
Vincenzo graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and a BA in Classics from the School of Arts and Sciences.
